Seller Guidelines
A few simple standards keep Simply Ralph trustworthy for every buyer.
Photo Quality
Use natural, well-lit photos on a clean background. Show the front, back, labels, and any flaws. The number of photos you can add depends on your listing tier — use them to represent the piece honestly.
Accurate Sizing
Always list the tagged size and, where relevant, flat measurements. For Big & Tall items, use the correct extended sizing (1X–6X Big, LT–4XLT Tall) so buyers filter accurately.
Condition Descriptions
Choose New, Like New, Gently Used, or Vintage honestly, and describe any wear, repairs, or alterations in plain language. Transparency builds repeat buyers.
Valid External Listing Link
Every listing must include a working link to where the item is actually for sale — Poshmark, Etsy, Mercari, or a similar C2C platform. This is where the buyer completes the purchase.
